“Ang Sang Waaheguru” is the latest single from Snatam Kaur’s upcoming album release, Nirankaar. The words Ang Sang Waaheguru mean, “In every cell and every limb and every fiber is the miracle of the Divine.” Deep and transcendent, the track begins with Snatam devotedly singing a poem by Guru Arjan that describes how to approach the mantra to come to a place of profound harmony and happiness. The music swells as the track grows into a spirited rendition of the Ang Sang Waaheguru mantra, underscored by exquisite tabla rhythms. The track then tapers to reprise Guru Arjan’s poem.

Chanting “Ang Sang Waaheguru,” we tune into the expansive energy of God’s presence within us — the Divine within every cell of our being. The mantra fosters a sense of inner peace, resiliency, and self-sufficiency that is crucial in these polarized times.
